- In this notice, “offline store” means a RECTO store in the Republic of Korea. Overseas offline stores are not included in tier calculation or benefits unless otherwise announced.
- All orders from the RECTO online store ship free of charge (shipping addresses in Korea only).
- Your membership tier is based on the combined net spend over the past year at the online store and offline stores in Korea.
- Online store purchases count toward net spend 10 days after delivery is completed; purchases at offline stores in Korea count 10 days after the purchase date.
- Tiers are upgraded in sequence once the threshold is met; downgrades for falling below the threshold are calculated and applied once a month (on the 1st).
- Cancellations, returns and refunds are excluded from net spend when calculating tiers.
- Purchases at offline stores in Korea count toward your tier only when your membership account details have been verified.
- The Private tier is applied automatically when annual net spend reaches 5,000,000 KRW or more.
- The Circle tier is granted after internal review to customers whose annual net spend reaches 15,000,000 KRW or more.

- Members who have opted in to marketing receive news of new arrivals and promotions first, by SMS or KakaoTalk message and by e-mail.
- Promotion codes can be used on full-price items only, and some discounts and promotions cannot be combined.
- The Welcome discount code can be used once at the official online store and once at an offline store in Korea.
- Tier discounts apply only at the official online store and the Hannam flagship store in Korea.
- Complimentary repairs are a benefit reserved for Private and Circle members and apply only to orders placed with the account holding that tier.
- Complimentary repairs may not be available depending on the item’s condition, repairability and the extent of the damage.
- Gift and event invitation benefits will be introduced in stages from 2027.
- Outlet purchases do not count toward tier calculation.
- Membership benefits and policies may change in line with brand operations; we will give notice in advance of any change.
